Cultivation of Aronia
Aronia Melanocarpa species belongs to the Rosaceae family and it is widely known as Black Chokeberry as well. It is a deciduous shrub that grows 2-2.5m tall.
The fruit of aronia is edible and it can be consumed fresh or dried in the form of raisins, it can be frozen or used for making jam, liqueur, juice or wine. The leaves of the plant are used to make herbal tea.

The most notable characteristic of Aronia is the incredibly high content of vital vitamin P polyphenols while its high concentration in pectin protects the body against radioactivity.
